While some argue that Jesus is not God, it can be seen even from the Old Testament that God the Father referred to Him as God. Let's see Psalm 45:6-7
6:"Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.
7:Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows". That's KJV, now let's see verse 6 again from CEV "You are God, and you will rule forever as king. Your royal power brings about justice". Incase you are still in doubt of who was speaking here and to whom He was referring to, still follow me to Hebrews 1:8-9 "But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows".
I believe you can see the truth for yourself and it is now very clear to you that Jesus Christ is God the Son? There are so many other books in the Old Testament that confirms that Jesus is God. Even Jesus Himself said so in John 10:30 that He and the Father are one. The trinity is based on God's word; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

I like it when people read the Bible and understand, whoever tells you Jesus and God are the same the person is lying to you.
I'm not a too much Bible person but I have seen several places in the Bible where it's clearly written that Jesus is the son of God.
